ITIL version 3 qualifications

ITIL version 3 represents a substantial change from version 2. This page will help you see how version 3 works, and how it relates to any existing ITIL qualifications you hold. ITIL version 2 is still available in many locations.

ITIL v3 works on a credit system where you earn credits based on the courses you have passed. Credits are available from both ITIL v2 and ITIL v3 courses.
