Overview

Following directly on from CS3 Capturing Project Issues this process examines those Project Issues that need to be resolved. Categorise them in urgency and importance, deal respectively with these issues quickly and comprehensively as appropriate. If the issue is affected by, or is a Risk Log entry, update as required and notify the Risk owner. If there is an external issue that affects the Programme that issue should be transferred to the Programme Issue Log.

The Project Manager is responsible for this process with the close involvement of Project Assurance, the Configuration Librarian and owners of risks where necessary.
