Print

Overview

Each stage is planned in detail by the Project Manager at the end of the previous stage (SB Managing Stage Boundaries). When doing so changes or additions not included in the Project Plan must be updated. The Project Approach or Project Quality Plan may also need to be updated, these changes should have an issue associated to them in the Issue Log. If updating the Project Plan is preceded by SB6 Producing an Exception Plan the Exception Plan replaces the Project Plan. In either case changes in the Project Plan or Exception Plan lead to the Business Case and Risk Log being updated.

The Project Manager is responsible for this process, assisted by Project Assurance and the Project Support.
